Cancellation Policy
All appointments made will require a credit card to schedule services. This card will only be charged based on our cancellation and no-show policy.
Cancellations or reschedules can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your service with no penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your service will result in 50% of your scheduled services being charged to the card on file.
Same day cancellation, reschedule or failure to show up for an appointment will result in 100% of your appointment fee being charged to the card on file. Future appointments will require a deposit at the time of booking.
